I had revision surgery for a bulbous nose, and I didn’t do alar base reduction separately. I used silicone and autologous rib cartilage.
Since they were taking rib cartilage from my own body, I was worried because I’d heard there could be pain, but wow, it’s not like “it hurts so muchㅠㅠ” level pain. It’s more like occasional sharp throbbing that makes you jump... It’s been a little over ten days now, and recovery is better than I expected, so I keep wondering if this is really normal??
The overall shape already looks very different from before surgery, so I want the swelling to go down quickly, but time really isn’t passing at allㅜㅜ
