For revision rhinoplasty, ear cartilage? Autologous costal cartilage?

Usually, for revision surgery, it seems like people often use autologous costal cartilage when the nasal tip is upturned... If it is drooping, is it okay not to go as far as using autologous costal cartilage? If septal cartilage cannot be used for the nasal tip and donated costal cartilage is not used, then the only alternatives are ear cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, right? It is revision surgery, but is there anyone here who had only ear cartilage used for the nasal tip?? For now, I am considering even autologous costal cartilage, so I am looking at Yonsei Saint, Kowon, Hanabi, and Pleasure, but are these places also good with ear cartilage? Before making consultation reservations, if anyone has had surgery at the hospitals above, could you let me know?
