I’m going in for removal surgery this time, and I used septal cartilage and used up all my ear cartilage too. But my nasal bridge is fairly high, while my nasal tip is slightly droopy and blunt, so they said they would slightly bring the nasal tip cartilage together, lift it upward, and fix it to the septal side. But I’m wondering whether that alone will have an effect. I’m not hoping for a huge effect; I just hope it won’t be droopy or blunt. I’m also wondering if, as time passes, it will all loosen and go back to the original state. If anyone here has experience, please make sure to leave a comment
