I had a consultation and liked the before-and-after photos, so I’m really drawn to it, but I’m hesitating because it involves rib cartilage and silicone.
Is there anyone who had surgery at that clinic without both rib cartilage/silicone, or without silicone?
It would be my 4th surgery, so I really have to be careful. I don’t want an extremely high nose; if I got greedy for IU, maybe around Lee Hi’s level. I’m more fixated on the nasal tip shape, and the clinic I like is exactly that one. If I say I only want the nasal tip shape and nasolabial angle done using ear cartilage, would they refuse to do itㅠ
How is the standard approach? Another clinic didn’t mention the nasolabial angleㅠ Are there places that are good at bringing out the nasolabial angle?
