Bulbous nose revision surgery - I’m looking into revision surgery because my nasal tip has drooped. All the photos I like use rib cartilage~~ My surgery was 20 years ago, so I still have my septal cartilage and cartilage as they are~~ For a dramatic nose, is rib cartilage really the answer~~~~~ Can a dramatic line be made with cartilage and septal cartilage?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
