It is already week 5 since my arm liposuction! Time really flies haha. Before surgery, my arm circumference was 35.3 cm, and now it has gone down to 30.5 cm. That is a total reduction of 4.8 cm. It did not suddenly decrease all at once; it keeps gradually decreasing with each postoperative care session, which makes me even more satisfied. Honestly, I think the changes I feel in daily life are bigger than the measurement. I used to avoid sleeveless tops or short-sleeved shirts because I was self-conscious about attention, but these days, when I see a pretty camisole or short-sleeved top, I naturally end up buying it. I have a wider range of clothes to choose from, and when I go out, I have mostly stopped trying to hide my arms like before. My recovery is not even complete yet, but I am looking forward to seeing how it settles even more naturally from here. As someone who deliberated over my arms for a long time, I think this has been a truly satisfying choice so far. 😊
