My inner thighs rubbing together and the saddlebags made my legs look ridiculously short, and I hated the deeply indented hip dips. So I got thigh liposuction along with hip/pelvic grafting. It has already been a month, so here is my progress update. Pain & swelling: Honestly, during weeks 1–2, even sitting on the toilet was extremely difficult, and the muscle soreness was intense. I cursed a bit every time I put on or took off the compression garment. From week 3, all the yellow bruising faded and I started feeling human again. Now at one month, the major swelling is completely gone; only minor swelling remains, so I am breezing through daily life. Line changes (the most important part): There is finally a gap between my inner thighs... The saddlebags have been shaved away, and my leg line looks long and straight. Honestly, hip grafting was the best decision. Filling in my deeply indented hip dips with fat taken from my thighs made the line from my waist down to my pelvis look incredible. The difference in how jeans and slacks fit is huge. Current condition & bio-bonding: There are some firm bio-bond lumps on my inner thighs and saddlebag areas. I am getting postoperative radiofrequency care at the clinic and doing intensive stretching, so I think they will loosen with time.
