I had a columellar strut built with septal cartilage, and ear cartilage was used on the nasal dorsum and nasal tip, but the nasal tip is too blunt.... The opposite ear was not used, so can the nasal tip be raised with only layering of ear cartilage at the nasal tip? Ha, I am currently 2 months post-op, but I am having a hard time because I really do not like the shape...
