It’s been a little under 2 years since my first nose surgery, and I think my nose is contracted;; The nasal tip is turning up and getting shorter, so this is contraction, right? Ah, I’m so freaking stressed, seriously,, This time I’m thinking of just removing the silicone and trying autologous costal cartilage. What do you think,,? They say scars are fine these days if managed well, but is there any hospital that’s good at harvesting rib cartilage? Since it’s a revision, I want to look mainly for private clinics with good experience. Smoking would be bad, right? That’s obvious, right?? Should I quit smoking??

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
