They say ㄱㅅ doesn’t do cartilage repositioning, but because of my nose, my impression changed from gentle-looking to completely strong-looking. I think one of the reasons is that, more than the silicone, my nasal tip used to be rounded, but now it’s pointed and has become too thin. After removal, I want my nose to spread out a bit, as much as it originally did, but if I do cartilage repositioning, would that reduce the chances of that happening?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
