It has been quite a while since I had surgery for a contracted nose.
My nasal condition was not very good, so I visited many clinics. I had it done at the place that properly identified the problems and presented a very meticulous surgical plan.
My nasal tip had become deformed as if it were compressed, but its shape has settled well now. Since the nose is the nose, I used autologous costal cartilage.
I did not have a particular nose in mind; I simply really wanted a pretty nose, and I think they did a good job on their own.
My columella had looked almost absent, but after this revision rhinoplasty, I like my columella too.
