It has been four months since I had rhinoplasty and fat grafting, and I recently completed my second fat-grafting session. I also had lip filler and Ritwo, so I expected a lot of swelling, but it went down faster than I expected and I returned to daily life quickly. I like things natural, so perhaps because I chose a natural look, there does not seem to have been much swelling. For my rhinoplasty, donor rib cartilage was used. I wanted a natural result, so I improved a slightly upturned nose while adding height.
