Fifteen years ago, I raised my nasal tip with septal cartilage (3 mm), used 2 mm silicone, and had osteotomy, but my bulbous nose was not corrected at all. It still looks masculine, which has been such a lasting disappointment. My profile is fine, but from the front it looks so broad and flat T_T. It has been such a big regret all my life that I want revision surgery, but I have been living without any major complications, so I am deliberating.
