My surgical nose is pinched and bound, so it has a triangular, lifted appearance. That is why it is slightly upturned T_T If I have cartilage repositioning, can it lower my upturned nose a little? I want to lower the nasal tip. Please recommend a clinic with good aesthetic judgment that is good at lowering the nasal tip through cartilage repositioning without adding an implant, among [Clinic A] or [Clinic B]
