First, I am a man. My eyes were not especially unattractive or large before surgery, but I did not like my natural double eyelids.... You might not notice from my eyes alone, but overall they gave too feminine an impression T_T_T The overall impression was more delicate than masculine? lol Since I wanted a masculine, testosterone-type vibe, lol, I looked into completely removing my double eyelids. My crease was already low, so I did not think merely lowering it would work; I needed to remove the double eyelids entirely, lol. I had heard many times that surgery to remove double eyelids is difficult, so I researched a lot of clinics and was very careful with consultations. I proceeded at the place with the most cases and the doctor who gave the most thorough consultation. In the end, I am extremely satisfied because I got an understated, distinctly masculine eye shape without overdoing it, exactly as I wanted haha. People around me say my eyes look much cleaner and that I look more masculine. The double-eyelid crease is gone, yet my eyes somehow look bigger? lol If any men are considering double-eyelid-free ptosis correction, I personally recommend it. My overall impression changed in a way I really love.
