Does contracture always occur after removal? The tip and bridge of my nose were both red, so I went for a removal consultation. [Doctor A] said it should improve with removal and that it was not a severely abnormal condition. But posts in this community say that reconstruction surgery may be needed because of contracture after total removal. Does it inevitably happen after total removal, like capsular contracture deformity??
