If the septal cartilage used for my first surgery is still left in my nasal tip, I am deliberating over whether to reuse and preserve it. I think I need to decide this clearly before I go so the consultation can be straightforward T_T If I cannot decide there, I feel like things will become vague again... When septal cartilage was placed, my tip drooped a few years later, so based on experience I think it may be better not to use it. But I worry that my nasal tip will droop if everything is removed... (my natural nose has a drooping tip) Has anyone had a similar concern and made a decision?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 10 Has anyone had [Clinic A] implants removed?
I've really done all the legwork, and [Clinic A] is the only place I have left. I think it would be best to know about the cost and reviews before going! I still haven't been able to see the premium reviews, so I feel like I'm only getting

If I have everything removed, will it really go back to how my nose was originally? It would be so nice if it could return to its original state...
