The facility overall looked old, and personally, I did not get the impression that the operating room was exceptionally clean. Several people were waiting in the waiting area, and there was considerable confidence regarding surgical experience and results. However, during the consultation, the tone and attitude felt somewhat lecturing, and the overall atmosphere did not feel particularly kind or comfortable. I think confidence as a doctor is an advantage, but from a patient’s perspective, an environment where one can comfortably discuss questions and concerns and receive sufficient explanations is also important.
