While visiting clinics, I heard that he assesses cases very conservatively, so I went for an in-person consultation. His experience was definitely apparent. He firmly told me not to undergo the surgical methods other clinics had recommended, such as incisional surgery and canthoplasty, and explained the reasons well, which helped me greatly in deciding what type of procedure to have. However, he occasionally made remarks that were somewhat like small talk, though not entirely unrelated to the topic, and that gave me the feeling that it slightly reduced my confidence in his professionalism(?). Still, he was generally kind, and while there was a reservation-deposit discount, it was not pushed on me, which I liked.
