After inner canthoplasty, I was concerned about lacrimal caruncle exposure, and the inner-corner shape also looked much sharper than before, so I looked into restoration and scheduled a consultation. First, they examined the condition of my eyes and explained what was making the inner corners look that way now. Rather than simply saying they would close a lot no matter what, they looked at both the inner-corner shape and degree of lacrimal caruncle exposure and discussed how much restoration would look natural, which was good. What I was most curious about was whether restoration would make the inner corners too rounded or look stuffy, but they explained that too while looking directly at my eyes, so it was easy to understand. I asked various questions during the consultation, and it felt like they distinguished between the direction I wanted and what was actually possible, so personally I was satisfied with the consultation itself. I am still planning to consult at several more places before deciding, but it was quite good for a first consultation! Now that I have finished one consultation, I feel like I have organized what I want restored a bit better too lol.
