I had nose surgery at Between in mid-July, and it has been just under two months now. I was aiming for a natural look, so while researching clinics, I heard that Between does natural results well and went for a consultation! I was afraid to use rib cartilage, but at the consultation I heard that the surgery could be done using ear cartilage, a custom implant, and septal cartilage, so I decided on this place. I wanted a rounded nasal tip and some width in the nasal bridge, so I told Dr. Lee Ji-hwan several times, and it came out exactly as I wanted! Everyone around me says it turned out well without looking obvious. My original nose had very little bridge compared with my nasal tip and forehead, so I had a custom implant placed and raised the tip slightly with ear cartilage! Before, no matter how much nose contouring I did, my nose looked so big in photos, but now photos come out well and I have more definition, so I’m completely satisfied.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewSep 9 No implant + closed approach: just a natural nasal tip! Haha
My original nose had a slight dorsal hump and a drooping tip. I wanted the tip to be raised slightly, and when I looked into it, I found that many people also use autologous cartilage injections. I liked that closed rhinoplasty would mean…
