Nose Surgery Reviews

Wouldn’t you say this nose surgery was a real success?! lol

Before surgery, I saw so many posts saying nose surgery hurts, so I was really worried about pain... lol. But once I actually did it, it wasn’t as painful as I expected. Other than feeling stuffy and short of breath because of the nasal packing at first, recovery was not especially difficult, lol. The bruising was almost gone after about a week, and I could see the swelling going down day by day, so it was more comfortable than expected, haha.

Around week two, there was still swelling at the nasal tip, so it looked a bit blunt from the front. At that time, I worried it might stay that way, so I was taking photos and comparing them by myself like crazy, lol. But when it got close to one month, it definitely changed a lot!! The line from the bridge to the tip connected naturally, and the rounded tip gradually became more refined. These days, when I look in the mirror, I’m like, “Oh...? I think I look pretty good?” lol.

I think there is still some residual swelling, but the line has become much more natural than at first, so I keep checking my profile in the mirror these days, lol. Most of all, I really love that the dorsal hump was corrected T_T. Before, whenever I took photos, I worried about my profile first, but that has decreased a lot now, and I find myself taking more profile photos, lol. People around me have also said I look prettier, so I’m quietly feeling smug these days, haha.

I had so many concerns before getting my first nose surgery, but at the one-month mark, I’m satisfied because the natural straight-with-a-slight-curve look I wanted is starting to show! If anyone here is deliberating over their first nose surgery, I recommend not only saving photos of noses you find pretty, but also organizing the nose features you dislike! Each surgeon has slightly different preferred lines, so I think it is important to see whether their style suits the look you want, haha.

There is still a little residual swelling, but I wonder how it will change when more goes down, lol. I’m satisfied every time I look at my profile these days now that the dorsal hump has been corrected, haha.
