My original nose had a slight dorsal hump and a drooping tip. I wanted the tip to be raised slightly, and when I looked into it, I found that many people also use autologous cartilage injections. I liked that closed rhinoplasty would mean less concern about scars and no worry about implant contracture. After visiting several places, I chose [Clinic A]. I did not like the shape of my nose, but it also tended to get congested often, so I chose a hospital that would address functional issues well too. I truly wanted to raise only the tip naturally, almost imperceptibly, while relieving my nasal congestion. Thanks to the director understanding that well, I no longer have nasal congestion after surgery, so breathing is very comfortable. They also raised everything smoothly and naturally from the nasal bridge to the tip, which I love. I am extremely satisfied with everything from the consultation through surgery!! Haha
