If you want a natural look that does not look surgically done, I highly recommend it. During consultation, the doctor looked at my bulbous nose and asked, “Do you want it noticeable like a celebrity’s, or naturally beautiful?” I said natural, and I lived with a truly naturally beautiful nose. Then after about 14 years, I became a little more ambitious and had rhinoplasty revision at another clinic. The revision surgeon said that in nearly 10 years of practice, it was the first time they had seen silicone and septal cartilage in such good condition, and asked who my original surgeon was, praising them. My first surgeon really was so meticulous and did such a great job.
