They were kind. The facility was spacious and comfortable, and it made me think they must really be making a lot of money. I liked that there was no pressure about a deposit or forcing me to have surgery. They spoke as if complications were rare and everyone was satisfied. I cannot know whether that is really true, though. As far as I know, KoJelKo does not yet have long-term results, so I was a little doubtful when they stated so definitively that there would be no problems and that it would be fine in the long term. Anyway, both the doctor and the consultant were kind.
