I received a quote for implant-free rhinoplasty (ear cartilage, septal cartilage, donated rib cartilage, and bulbous-nose correction). I had a consultation last year too but gave up because I was scared, then made another appointment. The cost has gone up a lot, so this time I am really going to do it. Dr. Lee Kang-woo's aesthetic sense was exactly as before, and I really liked how he patiently explained, using Photoshop, that my actual nose would look like this. The pressure to pay a deposit was intense, so I deliberated, but the surgeon's skill is more important than the staff, so I am going to trust him and go through with it. There was not much waiting time either!
