My eyes are somewhat small, and the double-eyelid crease on one side has loosened a little. My glabella is also fairly wide, so I am planning to have rhinoplasty first and then eye surgery. Are there any clinics that are particularly good? I am looking for a clinic specializing in eyes, so please recommend one. Also, I work out, so after rhinoplasty, when can I start lifting heavy weights? I get anxious if I cannot exercise. Are rhinoplasty side effects usually severe? People around me say the side effects are severe, while online people say it is safe and not to worry. I honestly do not know what is right. I would appreciate any guidance.
