I had a slight dorsal hump and a low nasal tip, so I was bothered that my nose looked somewhat blunt from the front T_T I did not want an excessively high nose, so I looked into an implant-free procedure from the start. I consulted at [Clinic A] and had surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage!! Anyway, I had the hump refined and bulbous-nose correction as well. What I wanted was a slightly slimmer nasal tip and a profile that was refined without looking overly artificial, you know?? As time passed and the swelling went down, the spread-out appearance from the front decreased a lot, and the hump also looks naturally refined in profile, so the line looks much cleaner!!! I was a little worried that an implant-free procedure might bring too little change T_T lol, but by my standards it changed just enough without being excessive, so I like it. I also like that it harmonizes naturally with my face without my nose standing out on its own, lol. The residual swelling still needs to go down more, but the concerns I had because of my bulbous nose and dorsal hump have decreased a lot, so I am quite satisfied now!!
