Nose Surgery Reviews

This really made me realize I need to go somewhere truly skilled for a nose job...

My nose was originally somewhat short and upturned, so I was bothered by my nostrils showing from the front T_T. My nasal tip was also spread out, making my nose look short and blunt overall.... At first I deliberated over a closed approach, but after consulting the surgeon at [Clinic A], they said we should do it properly with an open approach, so that is what I decided. They examined the design in considerable detail and even showed me through virtual simulation what it might look like after surgery, which made it easier for me to decide on the direction, haha. This time, it was a revision surgery using an implant and autologous costal cartilage. Because I had a bulbous, short nose, I also had columellar lowering, nasolabial-angle adjustment, and osteotomy. It looked a little awkward at first because of swelling, but once it went down, my nostrils were definitely less visible from the front and the spread-out look of my tip was greatly refined. That is the part I like most. Especially in profile, my nose no longer looks as noticeably upturned as before, and the columella looks naturally lowered, so I am also happy that my nose appears less short overall! This really made me realize that I need to go somewhere truly skilled for a nose job...
