I visited after doing in-person consultations at four places, so the consultation was kinder and more thorough than expected. But after looking up reviews, I saw occasional cases of nasal-tip drooping and silicone inflammation, so I am very much deliberating. If I go completely implant-free, I am also worried about nasal-tip drooping and a visible step-off. I keep changing my mind. I have become an absolute scaredy-cat, and I am so, so scared. I wonder whether I should just live with my current nose, but also whether I should just get surgery; I worry it might become worse after removal. Old reviews say aftercare is not handled well, which scares me.
