It has been a little over three years since my rhinoplasty, and I think it turned out reasonably well without major side effects. I also had rhinitis surgery at the same time, but the effects did not last long. My nose is slightly crooked, but I do not know whether it is my own nose or whether the surgery was done incorrectly. Occasionally, pressing around the columella causes a throbbing pain, though it gets better again after a few days. I do not know whether that is normal. Overall, I am satisfied with my nose shape, although the left and right sides look very different from the side. People around me also say it turned out well, but I do not know whether they mean it. If I could go back, I think I would seriously consider having it done by a board-certified plastic surgeon. It is not that I dislike my nose, but because it is cosmetic surgery, I cannot help wondering whether I should have gone to a board-certified plastic surgeon. The director does not speak much, so it seems best to think through what you want to ask in advance. Still, they did not seem bad. P.S. It was three years ago, so I do not remember the price exactly.
