The doctor's aesthetic sense seems excellent, so after looking at various reviews and before-and-after photos, I felt I could trust them with the procedure. Rather than creating an overly glamorous look, they seem to establish a beautiful line that naturally suits the face, which seems to match the style I want. I especially liked that they seem to design with the overall facial harmony and atmosphere in mind, rather than making only the nose stand out. However, since this would be my first rhinoplasty, I am a little burdened and concerned about using autologous costal cartilage from the outset, so I am deliberating. I would like to hear a full explanation in consultation about whether autologous costal cartilage is truly necessary and whether my desired shape can be achieved with other materials before deciding. Since it is my first surgery, I seem to be more careful about material selection. I really like the doctor's surgical style itself, so if the material choice is settled well, I am considering surgery positively.
