I had disliked the hump on my nose and its shape for a long time, so I always wanted surgery once I became an adult. I had a consultation at a clinic and underwent surgery. During the consultation, I said my top priority was an absolutely natural result, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I had an autologous dermis graft plus ear cartilage used to shave down the nasal hump and raise the nasal tip. Even after about one year, a substantial amount of dermis volume remains, which I am also very satisfied with haha. People around me always ask, “Why did you not use silicone?” or “Did you not pay too much?” I had been deliberating a lot because of rhinoplasty complications I read about online, but I felt an autologous dermis graft was a little better for me, so I went ahead with it.
