Before surgery, my dorsal hump was really severe, so my biggest stress was that my overall impression looked harsh and masculine because of my nose T_T I saw a close acquaintance suffer a lot from silicone side effects, so I hesitated about rhinoplasty itself for a long time. But during my consultation with Dr. A at [Clinic A], they examined my nasal condition one point at a time and explained why each material was needed, which made me trust them.
After looking up reviews, it seemed Dr. A performs more revision rhinoplasties than primary procedures... I thought that if I had my first procedure with a doctor specializing in revision rhinoplasty, I could finish rhinoplasty in one go without needing a revision, so I chose this place.
Rather than simply making it higher or more dramatic, they tailored it to the slim, clean line I wanted. They used very thin silicone and used septal cartilage together with donated costal cartilage to shape the overall line. They also corrected the hump, performed osteotomy, and removed the foreign material from a nose thread-lift procedure. I am truly extremely satisfied with the surgery!!!!!!
Now the harsh impression the hump gave me has softened a lot, and my nose has become nicely slim, so I am satisfied haha Rather than an obviously high nose, I love most that it feels more defined in a way that suits my face. Dr. A explains things clearly and simply during consultations, so if you are considering rhinoplasty, I really, really recommend visiting [Clinic A]!!
