I decided on rhinoplasty to improve my small nose. Septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used, with a 3 mm silicone implant. I had the splint removed on day 4 and like the overall line, but my glabella is very swollen due to swelling. The nasal tip is red, perhaps from irritation during splint removal. I do not know whether it is an inflammatory reaction, but the inside of my nose feels like it is throbbing. Bruising is between green and yellow.
