Since it was my first surgery and involved autologous costal cartilage plus silicone, I was extremely nervous until I lay down on the operating table. But the doctor was so thorough from the consultation onward, and the staff kindly reassured me, so I felt much more at ease. I could tell that [Doctor A]'s technique was truly delicate: surprisingly, I had none of the pain everyone had warned me about, and the swelling was much less than expected. It has already been a month, and the major swelling, as in the photo, has gone down neatly, so it does not interfere with daily life at all. As the bridge settled beautifully, the protruding-mouth appearance has disappeared as well, and my overall facial contours have come alive. I have absolutely no regrets, from the clinic's kindness to the results, and I am very satisfied.
