My Third Nose Surgery After My Bridge Became Crooked and Lowered~~~

For my first surgery I used ear cartilage, and for my revision I used septal cartilage and donor rib cartilage. With both, the tip quickly became shorter, crooked, and lower. There was about a three-year gap between my first surgery and revision, and about a two-year gap between the revision and this second revision. It was a repeating cycle of swelling going down, enjoying it for a while, and then it falling apart. I heard there is a limited number of times the nose can be opened, and I started getting really scared that if I kept lying on the operating table once every two or three years, it might become impossible to fix later lol. I was scared of using autologous costal cartilage and did not want to use it, but for durability I had no choice but to consider it while searching for a hospital. I really did not want to undergo surgery anywhere unless they were truly skilled. This might have been my last chance, and if I was going to use autologous costal cartilage that I had wanted to avoid, I needed to have it done once and be satisfied with a clean result. The thought of repeating it again was horrifying.... And the card installments I still had to pay off would have been horrifying too lol. So whenever I knew someone whose nose had turned out well, I asked for information, and I spent entire nights searching all kinds of sites and checking reviews lol. Then I found my current hospital and went for a consultation. They immediately identified and explained why my bridge had repeatedly become crooked and why the tip had collapsed quickly. It turned out that my nasal bones are shaped a little differently from most people's. They said I did not need custom silicone, but that standard silicone would work if inserted properly, so I asked them to do that. As a result, it has remained firm and stable so far, and this time there has been no tip upturning or bridge crookedness, so I am incredibly satisfied. It also feels easier to breathe than after my first surgery or revision. Now I understand why people say to prioritize extensive experience lol T_T. Everyone, please choose a place with lots of experience and strong skills even for your first surgery. I know it is not easy, but I hope you will not just go to a few consultations and make a hasty decision because it feels bothersome lol....
