Nose Surgery Reviews

I Got My Nose Surgery Done T_T If You Want a Natural, Straight-to-Slightly-Curved Line, This Is the Place hehe

I spent about four or five months looking up reviews and going to consultations. Honestly, it took a long time to get from searching reviews to booking consultations, but once I actually had consultations, I decided right away. My consultation with Dr. Kim Tae-seop at The Door was the most satisfying, so I could decide immediately haha. I thought I had a bulbous nose with a drooping tip? I did not think it was a hump; I just thought it was a nose with a drooping tip. But at the consultation, they said I actually had a very slight hump T_T. Fortunately, I did not need osteotomy!! My bridge was already fairly high, so I had no intention of raising it further. The line was the issue, so I only wanted the line enhanced nicely. I do not like an overly dramatic curved line, so I wanted a moderately soft, rounded line... a natural yet refined line that looks good at a glance, like Winter's lol. Since my tip had been drooping from the beginning, maintaining the shape and line was really important. Although it was my first nose surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage and had it done without an implant. They also carefully corrected the columella and nasolabial angle haha. The line is not too curved, which is exactly what I wanted, and because my nose has become slimmer, my whole face looks smaller...? I guess facial-feature harmony really is important.... I am happy with the side line too, but the frontal effect is really good haha. Even from the front, the drooping tip used to show, but the balance of the columella + nasolabial angle + tip is a perfect match, so perhaps the frontal effect shows well too haha.
