It has already been six months since surgery! Until month three, I was very worried because of swelling and was conscious of it whenever I looked in the mirror, but now nearly all the swelling has gone down and both my eyes and nose have settled naturally. I had revision rhinoplasty at Lowell Plastic Surgery with Dr. Kim Jae-yoon, using donor rib cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. Because I wanted to improve the feeling of blockage at the back of my eyes, I also had revision eye surgery involving posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty. Lowell is especially known for combined posterior and lower dual canthoplasty, so I had high expectations even before surgery! Even in photos, it looks natural, and the nasal tip is slim yet rounded, so there is no unnatural appearance and I am highly satisfied. My eyes are also clearer than before, so my facial features look more defined overall. Rather than changing dramatically all at once, it feels like I have naturally become prettier while still looking like myself, which seems to fit the direction and aesthetic I wanted. Above all, they were thorough with postoperative care, so although I had many worries at first, I was able to recover without major anxiety. Now that six months have passed, I am so satisfied that I wonder why I did not do it sooner!
