This is my third rhinoplasty now. My first surgery used septal cartilage, the second used ear cartilage, and the third used autologous costal cartilage plus reused ear cartilage. It has now been 11 months since my third surgery. But after the third surgery, problems arose.. 1. My nose is deviated to the right (only noticeable to me; others notice if I ask them to look closely; it shows in photos) => This is not a huge problem.. 2. (This is the big problem.) I can feel and see through the cartilage at the nasal tip. There is even a slightly indented area around the cartilage at the tip. 3. Bluish bruising (?) on both sides of the nasal dorsum. I went to the hospital where I had surgery for issue 2, but they said it was not a major problem and that the cartilage was not protruding, so I should not worry.. Honestly, I cannot trust them T_T It feels like the skin is gradually becoming thinner, so the cartilage is becoming more visible and palpable… My nose has already taken as much damage as it can after three surgeries, but it is even more difficult and anxiety-inducing to live with problems that feel like ticking time bombs that could rupture at any time T_T If it were you all.. would you have removal surgery on a nose like this now? T_T If anyone has experienced side effects like this, please leave a comment T_T

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 3 It has been five months since complete removal!!
I had surgery on April 3, so it has been exactly five months now. Honestly, the bridge of my nose looks much lower to me (my surgical nose was not particularly high either, so people do not notice). I had the removal after 15 years, and so
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 3 Has Anyone Had Columella Lowering and Nasolabial Angle Correction Removed?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 3 How are everyone’s nasal tips?
At the clinic where I had my first surgery, they told me that a drooping hump nose would definitely droop if only ear cartilage were used, and that donor rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage had to be inserted. I had my first…

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 2 I booked nose implant removal surgery. Has anyone had alar cartilage resection? (bulbous-nose correction + hump + silicone)
My nose, which I had done over 10 years ago, suddenly became inflamed, so I visited [Clinic A] and [Clinic B]. The inflammation settled relatively mildly for now, but I am worried about the future and am planning removal. [Clinic A] was…
