My nose, which I had done over 10 years ago, suddenly became inflamed, so I visited [Clinic A] and [Clinic B]. The inflammation settled relatively mildly for now, but I am worried about the future and am planning removal. [Clinic A] was more expensive than I thought, but said mine was a case that could be removed easily, so I considered it but put it on hold. At [Clinic B], they consulted in detail, said everything could be removed, told me to think about the shape I wanted, and somehow gave me the expectation that they could do it, so I chose them...
The problem is that, as everyone says, there are not very many reviews. Can I proceed trusting only the doctor's confidence? T_T Also, I do not want to put anything else in, but I said I did not want to return to my original bulbous nose. They said they could narrow it somewhat by resecting the alar cartilages. But somewhere on YouTube I heard that Asians have weak alar cartilages and should not cut them T_T_T. When I mentioned that, I was told not to look up surgical methods like that, lol.... It keeps repeating: just bring the shape you want -> when I bring it, they say removal is the basis and they cannot make that shape -> then I say I will just remove it -> they say they will remove it, but bring the front shape I want. Lol.
I wonder if I booked too hastily, but I also have hope that perhaps through cartilage repositioning they can make the front shape even a little similar to what I want.... Has anyone had alar cartilage resection like that??? Is it really a surgery that is okay to have? T_T_T_T If I only knew that, I could just leave it to them comfortably T_T_T.
