How are everyone’s nasal tips?

At the clinic where I had my first surgery, they told me that a drooping hump nose would definitely droop if only ear cartilage were used, and that donor rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage had to be inserted. I had my first surgery using 3 mm silicone, donor rib cartilage, and ear cartilage… but around year five, the donor rib cartilage and silicone started to feel too burdensome… I want to simply remove them, replace the nasal bridge with MegaDerm, and remove the nasal tip materials… Would it droop a lot? Since you cannot remove only one material, if they are removed, both the ear cartilage and donor rib cartilage would be gone. I’m worried it could become lax or look bad… Should I stop thinking of placing anything in the nasal tip again, remove everything, and replace only the nasal bridge with MegaDerm? Because of a step-off, I don’t think it would be possible to leave absolutely nothing on the bridge either… I have not had consultations yet…? Does [Clinic A] also take revision cases like this? [Clinic B] ([Doctor A]) seems to accept them… I’m wondering whether I would have to have surgery at places that do a lot of removal or reconstruction surgery to succeed… Even ordinary revision clinics confidently say they can do things like this easily… I’m looking through communities now too… There seem to be hardly any reviews like this on apps…
