I had nose surgery with Dr. Choi Hyuk-gyu about five years ago. I liked the side profile, but my nostrils were originally very wide, so the front view did not turn out as much as I had expected. Still, it was far better than before surgery, so I was satisfied. As time passed, though, the nasal tip drooped a little and the dorsal hump returned slightly. One disappointing thing was that after surgery, something inside my nose seemed to be protruding—although I am not sure it was cartilage, a hard, bone-like thing sticks out slightly and can be felt. I was worried, so I paid a separate consultation fee of 10,000 won and went in, but they did not even examine it properly and only told me to go to an ENT clinic. I can still feel the area that seems to have cartilage protruding, but since it has not caused a separate problem, I am leaving it alone for now.
