At first, I tried fillers and a Hiko nose thread lift, but my nasal tip actually drooped and my nasal bridge looked wider. There was no effect, and I just wasted money T_T. The reason I had been deliberating over nose surgery was that when I saw women with operated noses, they seemed very careful about touching their faces and could not comfortably sleep face-down. But my appearance anxiety overcame that concern, so I got nose surgery lol.
People with operated noses said other reviews might be promotional, so I went to a doctor well known through word of mouth! People around me who had nose revision surgery went to this doctor, and I thought, if the doctor is good at revision rhinoplasty, wouldn't my primary surgery be a piece of cake? That is why I went.
Look at my nose after surgery. Seriously, don't you think it was a good decision to have surgery? Even though the doctor is famous for revision rhinoplasty, I heard they had to remove foreign material during my surgery because of my prior Hiko thread lift and filler lol, so I wondered whether nose surgery really cannot be completed in one operation. But absolutely not—I think I graduated after my first surgery. I felt it even while I had the splint on: my pre-op columella looked curled upward, almost like columellar retraction. Now my side profile is just insanely good. My columella is nicely full yet slim and refined, sculpted so beautifully T_T.
Oh, and thanks to it, I got a younger boyfriend right after my nose surgery too lol, hot. I am grateful to the doctor who gave me a naturally glamorous, straight-but-slightly-curved line and made my nose beautiful from every angle... hahaha. I am so, so, so, so, so, so satisfied that it is worth putting up with the inconvenience of having to be careful after nose surgery 💜
(The doctor is Dr. Hwang Se-hwi, and you can find the clinic by searching the doctor's name online, just for reference.)
