They conduct the consultation by showing the expected shape in Photoshop and showing results from previous surgeries. I had a rough idea of the shape and surgery because I had consulted at other clinics too, but I felt they did not proactively discuss a specific surgical plan or what would be best. I think the explanation of why this surgery or material was needed was somewhat lacking. As in other reviews, they seemed a little tired and rushed.. The consultation manager's role seemed to be just telling you the price and reminding you about your appointment. The surgical approach seemed to be the most conservative one discussed with me. Since I was not considering a dramatic improvement, that was actually positive for me.
