You know how people say a bulbous nose cannot be corrected in one go? I guess that is true. I definitely had alar reduction surgery a year ago, but my nasal tip was still blunt. So after visiting several consultations, I had revision surgery with Dr. O Seung-il at [Clinic A]. The doctor explained the pros and cons of implant-free surgery and using an implant, and silicone seemed like the better option for me. Using silicone, I properly corrected my bulbous nose with septal extension, cartilage repositioning, and cartilage suturing. The doctor also shaped my columella well, so the drooping was corrected. I really like how clean the nasal bridge and shape turned out. Although an implant was used, I guess it was corrected naturally because friends I had not seen in a long time asked whether I had lost weight. With the center of my face more defined, my appearance definitely looks much more refined than before, and my face somehow seems slimmer too lol I spent some money on revision surgery, but it seems to have worked out well on the second try lol
