My nose was naturally broad, and because I had a bulbous nose with a large, blunt nasal tip, I worried about it every time I took photos. Improving my bulbous nose was therefore my top priority, and I had surgery with Dr. Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery Clinic! I used septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and custom silicone. When I explained what I wanted during the consultation, the doctor guided it well in a direction that suited my face. I did not want something too artificial or excessively high, and I am satisfied because it suits my face while the nasal tip, which was my greatest source of stress, has clearly been refined haha I also liked that the clinic is thorough with postoperative care. In particular, because ear cartilage was used, I was worried that the shape of my ear might change. But they made a separate ear splint to prevent ear deformity, which reassured me. I also liked that they continued to take care of me after surgery, including administering nasal Botox. It has not fully settled yet, but my nasal tip is much less blunt than before and my overall appearance seems more refined, so I think I made the right decision to have surgery!
