It has been about eight years since my surgery. At first I felt depressed, as though I had put in silicone for no reason. I also have slight pinching of the nose, and because the nasal tip has drooped, a step-off has developed. I do not like it, but people around me ask whether I had nose surgery or say my nose is pretty, so it is confusing... I was going to get revision surgery, but everyone says it is pretty, so I do not know anymore. Maybe it looks natural now because the step-off developed. Anyway, the surgery itself ended quickly and was manageable, but when I see people who had hump correction without an implant, I am jealous. I wanted to do it without silicone, but here they said I absolutely had to have it inserted.
