A very real review of implant-free revision rhinoplasty!

The silicone inserted from between my eyebrows made my nose look long, and it was even crooked. In photos, my nose looked C-shaped, and as the tip bent and drooped, it looked like a witch's nose and made me look older. Everyone who saw me said my nose was crooked, and even the cartilage was showing through, so I decided on revision surgery. When I went for a consultation, there was no wait; photography and consultation proceeded quickly, which was nice. Above all, the consultation was extremely thorough! After the first consultation, I requested another one because I was very conflicted about things I had not asked and whether to remove the silicone. The second consultation was also excellent. On surgery day, I consulted once more, waited in the recovery room, and then went in. The nurses in the operating room were kind too. After the director came in, they designed it and told me exactly where the autologous costal cartilage would be harvested! After surgery, I rested well in the recovery room and left. It was surprising that I did not bleed even before the nasal packing was removed! On the day the packing was removed, I was most worried about my nostrils, but wow, amazingly, my uneven nostrils had become symmetrical, pretty nostrils!! I had almost no bruising or swelling, which made me realize Director Lee Ju-cheol is truly skilled at surgery! Even on the day the splint was removed there was a little swelling, but the overall nose shape was so pretty that I was satisfied. Now, 20 days later, the swelling has gone down, it has become more refined, and I am extremely happy with the shape. The bridge line and tip are both so pretty that it is hard to believe it is implant-free.
