Double-Jaw Surgery Reviews

Bareunyeong Dental review! I had gum contouring and veneers together haha

My gums used to show a lot whenever I smiled T_T. Every time I took photos or smiled in front of people, I was so self-conscious that I could only smile while covering my mouth T_T. I was embarrassed by how much gum showed when I smiled, and I also did not like the shape or alignment of my teeth. But I did not really know exactly what needed to be done to look better. So rather than choosing a factory-style dental clinic that only does veneers, I looked for a place that would consider my teeth, gums, and overall face. After consulting at several places, some said veneers alone would be enough, while others said I was a case that needed gum contouring. At Bareunyeong Dental, they explained two options in much more detail. The director designed Options 1 and 2, including their respective pros and cons, pain, and expected satisfaction! They said that, in my case, treating the area where too much gum showed with initial gum contouring would make the overall result look more natural. The consultation was thorough, and there was absolutely no pressure to book, which I liked even more! After consulting with the director, I decided to have gum contouring first and veneers as well! I think this was genuinely such a good choice lol. Before getting the veneers, they first let me try temporary teeth so I could personally check the tooth size and overall proportions. I am truly extremely satisfied with the result... Before, when I smiled broadly, my gums showed first, so I would unconsciously cover my mouth when smiling. Now I barely think about my gums, which is so nice lol. I do not think I would have been as satisfied if I had only gotten veneers. Once the gum line was refined too, the whole feel of my smile changed completely haha. For anyone like me who is concerned about their teeth but is even more stressed by a lot of gum showing when they smile, I recommend consulting about the gum line as well instead of considering veneers alone! I am satisfied that I can now smile without covering my mouth in photos.
